Will Wurtz
Drs Wil Wurtz is a pioneer in CRM and customer value.

He combines knowledge and expertise in marketing, psychology, statistical analysis, and IT management. In the early nineties he was co-founder of MSP Associates, a high class CRM consulting firm, known for the Customer Marketing method. He worked for ING, Postbank, Volkswagen, Audi, UPC, TPG Post, DHL, UNICEF, Xerox, Wegener.

Previously he was a member of the Board of Directors of the then quoted market research company InterView Europe Ltd., responsible for Information Systems & Production. In that position he supervised the development of software for call centers and installation of research agencies in several European countries and in Asia. Also, he directed large-scale (international) projects for companies like IBM, VNU, General Motors.

As the author of several books, a series of articles and a speaker at conferences and seminars, he has contributed to the development of CRM in the Netherlands. As professor of the Institute of Post Master Course CRM at Beeckestijn Business School, he contributes his knowledge and experience to the next generation of CRM professionals. Since 2002 he is president of Platform Klantgericht Ondernemen (CRM Association NL), a Platform for Customer Oriented Enterprises.

Maurice Bakker
Dr. Maurice Bakker graduated in 1988, studying business economics at the University of Amsterdam.

After graduating, he worked as a CRM consultant and was responsible for various database marketing programs. Especially in the Business-to-consumer market, he has supported a large number of companies including KPN, Center Parcs and Gran Dorado. In subsequent years, he has directed CRM processes at among others Centraal Beheer, Silver Cross, and ONVZ SOS International.

After almost 10 years as a senior consultant and project manager in CRM projects, he moved his attention to the commercial field, joined the senior management board of PinkRoccade Finance. He was responsible for setting up a task force within PinkRoccade CRM sales. During that period he was also successful in winning several CRM implementations. During that time he was getting to know commercial dynamic fixed price, fixed date CRM projects.

In 2003 he started his own CRM consultancy agency. His first assignments took him to some non-profit organizations. In 2004, he and Wil Wurtz founded Metrics & More. Maurice Bakker has also authored many articles on CRM, is a CRM speaker at conferences in the UK and works as a CRM instructor.
